Through its technical department, the company Sonderhoff Chemicals GmbH provides customised production support service for the processing of 2-component polyurethane foams (FERMAPOR K31), 2-component sealing systems (FERMADUR) and 2-component silicone (FERMASIL).
Target group:
- Production personnel
- Foremen
- Production managers
- Personnel from the quality control and work safety departments
Objectives:
- The training programme can be individually agreed on, i.e. the practical as well as the theoretical part
- Optimising the maintenance measures
- Optimising the processing parameters
- Cost saving by increasing productivity
Contents:
- Der Schulungsablauf kann individuell abgestimmt werden, sowohl der praktische als auch theoretische Teil
- Preparation of and assistance with work instructions, operating instructions, test instructions for the production stage, machine logbooks, etc.
- Support during current production / manufacturing
- Final report on the production support activities along with further recommendations
We will gladly prepare an actual training programme meeting your individual needs together with you!
Organisational information:
- Basic price: € 3.750,- / week (50 hours incl. travel time); it is possible to agree the deployment time on an individual basis.
- As a rule, the training is conducted in German or English, upon request also in French, Spanish and Italian.
